| 业已证实，幽门螺杆菌感染可导致慢性胃炎、消化道溃疡、胃癌等消化系统疾病的发生。然而多项研究表明幽门螺杆菌感染可能还与包括心血管系统、呼吸系统、内分泌系统及神经系统在内的多种疾病存在相关性，尤其以幽门螺杆菌感染与中枢神经系统疾病之间相关性的研究较为活跃。为此，该研究对近年来致力于观察幽门螺杆菌感染与帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病、缺血性脑卒中等中枢神经系统疾病之间相关性的文献报告进行综述，以期为此类神经系统疾病的临床防治提供参考和思路。 |

| It has been confirmed that Helicobacter pylori infection can lead to the occurrence of digestive system diseases such aschronic gastritis, gastrointestinal ulcers, and gastric cancer. However, a number of studies have shown that helicobacter pylori infection may also be associated with a variety of diseases, including those of the cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, and nervous systems,among which the research on the association between helicobacter pylori infection and central nervous system diseases is more active. Therefore, this article reviews the literature on the correlation between helicobacter pylori infection and central nervous system diseases,such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and ischemic stroke, in order to provide reference and ideas for the clinical preven-tion and treatment of such neurological diseases. |
