      血清簇集蛋白( CLU)又称载脂蛋白 J(ApoJ),是由脂肪细胞分泌的一种新型脂肪因子,在人体多种组织分布广泛,具有抑制血管平滑肌细胞增生、保护血管内皮细胞、调节脂质代谢、抗细胞凋亡以及减轻炎症反应等作用。目前 CLU与脑梗死、阿尔茨海默病、恶性肿瘤、 2型糖尿病等疾病相关,近年来对心血管疾病的研究逐渐增多。在心血管疾病病人人群中, CLU水平的变化与心肌梗死、心力衰竭( HF)、高血压以及心肌疾病密切相关。 HF是心脏病的终末阶段,而 HF的主要原因是心肌梗死,通过心肌梗死病人 CLU水平的变化,早期预测发生 HF的高危人群,及时干预,减缓病情进展,提高病人生活质量,同时可进一步研究其与 HF的相关机制,有望成为新的治疗靶点。现就 CLU在心梗后心衰中的研究进展予以综述。

      Clusterin (CLU), also known as apolipoprotein J (ApoJ), is a new type of adipokine secreted by adipocytes, which is widelydistributed in various tissues of the human body. It has the functions of inhibiting the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells, pro-tecting vascular endothelial cells, regulating lipid metabolism, anti-apoptosis and alleviating inflammatory responses. At present, CLUis associated with cerebral infarction, Alzheimer's disease, malignant tumors, type 2 diabetes and other diseases, and in recent years,research on CLU and cardiovascular diseases has gradually increased. In the population of patients with cardiovascular diseases, chang-es in CLU levels are closely associated with myocardial infarction, heart failure (HF), hypertension, and myocardial diseases. Heart fail-ure is the end-stage of heart disease, and the main cause of HF is myocardial infarction. By monitoring changes of CLU levels in pa-tients with myocardial infarction, it is possible to identify early high-risk groups of heart failure. Timely intervention can slow down theprogression of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients. Meanwhile, further study into the mechanisms linking CLU to HFholds promise for identifying CLU as a novel therapeutic target. This article reviews the research progress on CLU in heart failure aftermyocardial infarction.
