英文摘要:
      Objective To conduct a systematic analysis of the main chemical components of Danzhi Jiangtang capsules (DJC) using Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry (UPLC-QExac-tive-Orbitrap-MS), so as to provide a scientific basis for further research on its clinical efficacy and mechanism of action. Methods From April to June 2024, UPLC-QExactive-Orbitrap-MS was used to conduct in-depth analysis of the chemical components of DJC.The samples were ultrasonically extracted with 60% methanol, then separated by the UPLC system, and finally identified using high-resolution mass spectrometry.Results This study successfully identified 164 chemical components in DJC, including flavonoids, ter-penoids, phenylpropanoids, saccharides, phenolic acids, alkaloids, cyclic peptides, organic acids, and other types of compounds.Among them, 22 compounds were derived from Moutan Cortex, 21 from Pseudostellaria heterophylla, 19 from Hirudo, 15 from SemenCuscutae, 16 from alisma, and 6 from rehmannia.Conclusions Using UPLC-QExactive-Orbitrap-MS technology, this study has com-prehensively revealed the complex chemical composition of DJC. The wide presence of the components validates its diverse biologicalactivities, providing a solid scientific foundation for further research and clinical application of DJC.
