| 床旁即时超声(POCUS)一般是由重症医师操作，以某一临床问题为导向，在重症医学理论的指导下进行的超声检查，具有即时、动态、直观、可重复及无辐射等特点。因上述特征， POCUS在儿童重症病人中有广阔的应用前景。该研究就 POCUS在急危重症病儿应用中的紧急性、实时性、安全性和动态性等方面展开综述。 |

| Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) is generally operated by a critical care doctor, guided by a certain clinical problem, andconducted under the theory of critical care medicine. It possesses the characteristics of being real-time, dynamic, intuitive, repeatable, and non-radiative. Due to the above features, POCUS has broad application prospects in critically ill children. This article provides acomprehensive review of the advantages of POCUS for critically ill children, including its emergency, real-time, safety, and dynamic characteristics. |
