| 糖尿病肾病( DN)是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症，传统的治疗策略主要包括控制血压、血糖，管理体质量与饮食，但治疗效果很不理想。传统中药及其活性成分因其多靶点、多途径广泛应用于 DN的治疗。该研究从程序性细胞死亡入手，分别从细胞凋亡、自噬、焦亡、铁死亡和坏死性凋亡的角度综述了近年来中药活性成分对 DN的治疗作用，为中医药防治 DN提供新角度、新思路。 |

| Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is the most common microvascular complication of diabetes. Traditional treatment strategies pri.marily include controlling blood pressure, blood glucose, managing weight, and diet, but the therapeutic outcomes are often unsatisfac.tory. Traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients are widely used in the treatment of DN due to their multiple targets andpathways. This article reviews the therapeutic effects of active ingredients in Chinese herbal medicine on DN from the perspective ofprogrammed cell death, including apoptosis, autophagy, pyroptosis, ferroptosis, and necroptosis, providing new insights and approachesfor the prevention and treatment of DN with traditional Chinese medicine. |
