| 目的对行业标准 YY/T 0576—2005《哥伦比亚血琼脂基础培养基》进行修订并验证。方法 2023年 4—11月，按照修订后的行业标准要求，采用哥伦比亚血琼脂基础培养基( 3种)和平板培养基( 9种)，对外观、装量、 pH、水分含量、生长试验、厚度、微生物限度等项目进行验证。结果除在少数哥伦比亚血琼脂基础培养基和平板培养基的生长试验中，大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的溶血情况不满足要求外，其他验证结果均符合要求。结论增加平板培养基的适用范围后，行业标准内容更全面，整个修订研究科学合理，可操作性强。这项研究将有助于规范并提高此类培养基质量标准，为哥伦比亚血琼脂培养基上市前后的监管提供了强有力的技术支持。 |

| Objective To revise and validate the industry standard YY/T 0576—2005 Columbia Blood Agar Base Medium. Meth. ods From April to November 2023, in accordance with the revised industry standard, Columbia blood agar base medium (three types)and plate medium (nine types) were used to validate appearance, fill volume, pH, moisture content, growth tests, thickness, microbiallimit and other items.Results Except that in the growth tests of a few Columbia blood agar base media and plate media, the hemolysisof Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus did not meet the requirements, all other validation results met the requirements.Conclu. sions After expanding the scope of application to include plate media, the industry standard is more comprehensive. The revisionstudy is scientifically sound and more practical. This study will help standardize and improve the quality standards of such culture me.dia, providing strong technical support for the pre-market and post-market supervision of Columbia blood agar media. |
