| 慢性肾脏病患病率不断上升，已成为全球性公共卫生问题。胰岛素抵抗是慢性肾脏病的危险因素之一，目前用于评价胰岛素抵抗的传统方法大多较为复杂且价格昂贵，临床应用较为局限。甘油三酯葡萄糖指数是一种新兴反映胰岛素抵抗水平的指标，被大量实验证实与慢性肾脏病相关。该研究就甘油三酯葡萄糖指数与慢性肾脏病相关性的研究进展展开综述，旨在为预防慢性肾脏病的发生、发展提供有力的指导。 |

| The incidence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) is on the rise and has emerged as a significant global public health concern.Insulin resistance is one of the risk factors for CKD, yet the conventional methods for assessing insulin resistance are often intricate andcostly, which restricts their widespread clinical use. The triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index has emerged as a novel indicator that mirrorsthe extent of insulin resistance. It has been validated through numerous studies to be linked with CKD. This article examines the latestresearch on the association between the TyG index and CKD, with the aim of offering robust guidance for the prevention of the disease'sonset and progression. |
