| 快感缺失是抑郁症的核心症状之一，其与抑郁症的严重程度呈正相关，对抑郁症的诊断、评估及预后判断具有重要的意义。目前快感缺失的发病机制暂未完全明确，因此在未来还需要更多高质量研究确定干预靶点，为药物治疗和非药物治疗提供新方向。该研究旨在从药物治疗、物理治疗、心理治疗方面探讨抑郁症快感缺失的临床治疗进展，以期给临床提供新的治疗思路。 |

| Anhedonia is one of the core symptoms of depressive disorder, and it is positively correlated with the severity of the disease,which is of great significance to the diagnosis, evaluation and prognosis of depression. At present, the pathogenesis of anhedonia has notbeen fully defined, so more high-quality studies are required to identify the intervention targets in the future to provide new directions for both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. This article aims to explore the research progress in the clinical treat-ment of anhedonia in depressive disorder from the perspectives of pharmacotherapy, physical therapy, and psychotherapy, so as to pro-vide novel therapeutic insights for clinical practice. |
