| 血脑屏障是多数神经系统疾病治疗药物到达目标脑区的限制性屏障。常规神经治疗药物递送策略在安全性和有效性上不理想。超声介导的血脑屏障通透性升高具有无创性、可逆性及安全性，为中枢神经系统疾病药物递送提供了一个新思路。该文简要概述了聚焦超声打开血脑屏障方面的研究进展，为脑病药物递送所面临的困境提供了新思路。 |

| The blood-brain barrier is the limiting barrier at which most neurological disease treatments reach the target brain region.Conventional neurotherapy drug delivery strategies are suboptimal in terms of safety and efficacy. Ultrasound-mediated elevation of blood-brain barrier permeability is non-invasive,reversible and safe, providing a new idea for drug delivery for central nervous systemdiseases. This article briefly summarizes focused ultrasound to open blood-brain barrier, introduces its research progress, and provides new ideas for the dilemma faced by drug delivery for encephalopathy. |
