| 辅助生殖技术发展至今，让众多不孕病人实现生育。然而，仍有部分病人因反复胚胎移植失败而未获得良好的妊娠结局，承受着身体及心理上的双重压力。粒细胞集落刺激因子( G-CSF)是一种重要的造血因子，在调节免疫系统、促卵泡生长和排卵、改善子宫内膜容受性、促进滋养细胞增殖和侵袭等方面发挥多重功能。 G-CSF在辅助生殖领域已应用十余年，相关研究指出其可提升反复胚胎移植失败的临床妊娠率。现就 G-CSF在治疗反复胚胎移植失败中的作用机制，并对其应用效果、安全性和局限性进行阐述，以期为未来的科研工作提供新的思路。 |

| The development of assisted reproductive technology has enabled numerous infertile patients to achieve pregnancy. Howev-er, some individuals still fail to obtain satisfactory pregnancy outcomes due to recurrent implantation failure, resulting in significantphysical and psychological stress.Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) is a crucial hematopoietic factor that plays multipleroles in regulating the immune system, promoting follicular development and ovulation, improving endometrial receptivity, and facilitat-ing trophoblast proliferation and invasion.G-CSF has been utilized in the field of assisted reproduction for over a decade, with relatedstudies demonstrating its efficacy in improving clinical pregnancy rates among patients suffering from recurrent implantation failure.This article aims to discuss the mechanisms by which G-CSF operates in addressing recurrent implantation failure, as well as its appli-cation effects, safety profile, and limitations. Through this discussion, we hope to provide new insights for future research endeavors. |
