| 绝经激素治疗( MHT)是目前唯一能够全面解决女性因性激素缺乏导致的健康问题的措施。 MHT可能对听力和前庭功能有保护作用，但同时也存在潜在风险。临床研究显示， MHT对机体的影响因个体差异、激素配方、剂量、给药方式和治疗时间窗等因素而异。因此，未来研究需要进一步探讨 MHT对内耳功能的全面影响，以优化其在临床中的应用，并为特定人群提供更安全有效的治疗策略。该综述探讨了雌激素和孕激素在绝经后女性中的作用，特别是 MHT对内耳功能的影响。 |

| Menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) is currently the only comprehensive solution to women's health problems caused byfluctuations or deficiencies in sex hormones.MHT may have a protective effect on hearing and vestibular function, but also carries po-tential risks. Clinical studies have shown that the effects of MHT on the bodyvary according to individual differences, hormone formula-tion, dosage, mode of administration, and time window of treatment. Therefore, future studies need to further explore the full range of ef-fects of MHT on inner ear function in order to optimize its clinical application and provide safer and more effective treatment strategiesfor specific populations. This article examines the role of oestrogen and progesterone in postmenopausal women, particularly the effectsof MHT on inner ear function. |
