| 目的对 1例罕见的卵巢黏液性囊腺癌疑似合并假性 Meigs综合征进行报告并讨论，为临床提供参考。方法分析山东第二医科大学附属医院妇科 2023年 6月 7日收治的 1例卵巢黏液性囊腺癌疑似合并假性 Meigs综合征病人的病情、诊断治疗经过及相关文献复习。结果该病人为卵巢黏液性囊腺癌合并胸腹腔积液，行肿瘤切除术，术后 3个月复查，胸腹腔积液消失。结论卵巢黏液性囊腺癌合并假性 Meigs综合征较为罕见，广大临床医师应提高对假性 Meigs综合征的认知，避免误诊。 |

| Objective To report and discuss a rare case of ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma suspected to becombined with pseu-do-Meigs syndrome, so as to provide clinical reference.Methods The clinical course, diagnostic and therapeutic history and relatedliterature review of a patient with ovarian mucinous cystic adenocarcinoma suspected to be combined with pseudo-Meigs syndrome ad-mitted to the Department of Gynecology of the Affiliated Hospital of the Second Medical University of Shandong on June 7, 2023 wereanalyzed.Results This patient had mucinous cystadenocarcinoma of the ovary combined with pleural and abdominal effusion and un-derwent tumor resection, and the pleural and abdominal effusion disappeared on follow-up 3 months after surgery.Conclusion Ovari-an mucinous cystadenocarcinoma suspected combined with pseudo-Meigs syndrome is relatively rare, and a wide range of clinicians should raise awareness of pseudo-Meigs syndrome to avoid misdiagnosis. |
