| 目的分析妇科手术中突发过敏性休克的原因及临床药师在判断致敏原及治疗监护中的专业价值。方法报告 2025年 3月南京鼓楼医院收治的 1例卵巢囊肿合并子宫内膜增厚病人宫腹腔镜联合手术中突发过敏性休克的病例。临床药师追溯病史，药学查房，结合临床多学科讨论意见，评价病人使用药物与过敏性休克的关联性。结果病人术中休克的原因可能为克林霉素或维库溴铵。结论临床药师参与多学科会诊，可以为临床分析术中发生休克原因，及时处理过敏性休克提供参考。 |

| Objective To analyze the causes of intraoperative anaphylactic shock in gynecological surgery,and to evaluate the profes-sional value of clinical pharmacists in identifying allergens and providing therapeutic monitoring.Methods A case was reported of in-traoperative anaphylactic shock during combined laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery in a patient with ovarian cysts and endometri-al thickening admitted toNanjing Drum Tower Hospitalin March 2025. The clinical pharmacists assessed the causality between thedrugs administered and the anaphylactic shock by tracing the patient's medical history, conducting pharmaceutical ward rounds, andtaking multidisciplinary discussion opinions into consideration.Results Analysis of the causes of intraoperative shock suggested that the allergen may be clindamycin or vecuronium bromide.Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in multidisciplinaryconsultations can provide valuable suggestions for analyzing the causes of intraoperative shock and supporting the timely managementof anaphylactic shock. |
