      目的 分析实验室检测指标与老年原发高血压代谢综合征患者的颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)之间的关系。方法 选取该科收治的110例老年男性患者,根据代谢综合征(MS)发病与否分为MS组74例,NMS组(即非代谢综合征)36例。测量患者血压、血脂及血糖水平,比较两组患者各自血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)浓度、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及内皮素(ET)浓度,分析各项指标与IMT之间的关系。结果 MS组患者的IMT平均为(1.21±0.27)mm较NMS组(0.69±0.18)mm高(P<0.05);MS组患者血浆HCY浓度、hs-CRP浓度及ET浓度均显著高于NMS组(P<0.05);MS组患者血浆HCY浓度、hs-CRP浓度及ET浓度与IMT呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 在老年原发高血压代谢综合征患者中,实验室检测指标与其颈动脉内膜中层厚度呈正相关,可以作为心血管疾病的重要指标,有助于对代谢综合征进行早期积极的干预治疗。

      Objective To analyze the relationship between laboratory test indexes and IMT (intima-media thickness )in patients with senile primary hypertension metabolic syndrome. Methods A hundred and ten cases were selected and assigned into MS group (74 cases) and NMS group ( i.e. non metabolic syndrome, 36 cases) according to the MS incidence. Blood pressure, blood-fat, blood sugar, HCY, hs-CRP and ET concentration were measured and the relationship between the indexes and IMT was analyzed.Results Patients’ IMT in group MS was (1.21±0.27)mm,higher than that in NMS group (0.69±0.18)mm (P < 0.05). Patients’ plasma HCY concentration, hs-CRP concentration and ET concentration in MS group were significantly higher than those in NMS group (P<0.05). Patients’ plasma HCY concentration, hs-CRP concentration and ET concentration in MS group was positively correlated with IMT (P<0.05).Conclusions Among elderly primary hypertensive patients with MS, the relationship between laboratory testing index and carotid intima-media thickness is positive, which can be used as an important marker for cardiovascular disease and contributes to the early intervention treatment of metabolic syndromes.
