| 目的 探讨慢性骨髓炎动物模型的制备。方法 40只新西兰大白兔采用胫骨近端髓腔内注入金黄色葡萄球菌及鱼甘油酸钠,4周后观察局部皮肤软组织情况、X线表现、细菌学检查及组织学检查。结果 所有兔均出现局部软组织肿胀、窦道,34只兔出现明显的放射学改变,如骨膜反应,骨皮质溶解等,36只兔髓腔组织培养出现金黄色葡萄球菌菌落生长,病理检查可见死骨形成及大量炎性细胞浸润。结论 兔胫骨近端髓腔注入金黄色葡萄球菌及鱼肝油酸钠制备慢性骨髓炎模型,方法简单、效果可靠,值得推广。 |

| Objective To prepare and evaluate animal model of chronic osteomyelitis. Methods Forty New Zealand white rabbits were involved in the experiment and the bacterial suspension of the Staphylococcus aureus and sodium morrhuate were injected into the proximal tibial marrow cavity of the rabbits. Evaluation was done by clinical, radiologic, bacteriologic and histologic parameters after four weeks. Results All of the rabbits had local soft tissue lump and sinus. Thirty-four rabbits showed obvious radiological evidence, such as periosteal reaction and dissolution of cortical bone. The culture of myeloid tissue showed the growth of Staphylococcus aureus in thirty-six rabbits, the histologic observation of which indicated the development of sequestra and large amount of inflammatory cells. Conclusions The chronic osteomyelitis of rabbit can be induced by injecting Staphylococcus aureus and sodium morrhuate into the proximal tibial marrow cavity. This method is simple and reliable, which is worthy of promotion. |
