| 目的 分析严重颜面部烧伤的近期并发症及生存质量间的相关因素。方法 回顾性研究2008年3月—2014年3月收治的 237例面部烧伤患者的临床资料。应用患者和观察员瘢痕评估量表(POSAS),罗森堡自尊量表和医院焦虑抑郁量表,结构方程模型评估抑郁症状,自尊和瘢痕的严重程度之间的关系。结果 T1期自尊与T1期面部瘢痕、T2期抑郁症状无显著相关性。与此相反,T1期面部瘢痕与T 0期抑郁症之间存在显著关联(P <0.001)。抑郁症状和自尊之间的相关性有统计学意义。早期的抑郁症状和自尊的显著关系表明,抑郁症病史或烧伤3周后(T 0)罹患严重抑郁症状的患者,T1期自尊评分偏低(P<0.001)。结论 自尊和抑郁症与面部瘢痕严重程度无相关性。但早期抑郁症状可以对面部瘢痕进行评级。 |

| Objective To analyze the relevant factors of the early complications and quality of life for severe facial burns.Methods 237 cases of facial burn patients were involved in a retrospective study from March 2008 to March 2014. Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale (POSAS), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,and structural equation model were used to assess depressive symptoms,and the relationship between selff-esteem and scars severity.Results T1 selff-esteem,facial scar,and T2 depressive symptoms were not significantly correlated.In contrast,T1 facial scar and T0 depression present a significant relationship(P<0.001). The correlation between depressive symptoms and selff-esteem has statistically significance.The significant relationship between early symptoms of depression and self-esteem indicated that,patients,with a history of depression or suffering from severe depression burnt after three weeks (T0)had low selff-esteem scores during T1(P<0.001).Conclusions There are no correlation among selff-esteem,depression and facial scars severity.But facial scars can be rated by early depressive symptoms. |
