| 目的 探讨改良内瘘保护罩降低动静脉内瘘并发症的效果观察。方法 将80例自体动静脉内瘘的血液透析病人按随机数字表法随机分为观察组对照组,每组40例,在透析治疗期间分别使用改良内瘘保护罩和简易保护罩,比较两组病人6个月透析治疗期间内瘘并发症的发生率。结果 观察组内瘘渗血、血肿、疼痛、针头滑脱等并发症发生率为0.16%、0.10%、0.06%、0；对照组渗血、血肿、疼痛、针头滑脱等并发症发生率为2.79%、0.35%、2.53%、0.32%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意度:观察组95%,对照组80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 改良内瘘保护罩明显降低内瘘并发症,提高透析效果,增加病人舒适度、提高病人满意度,减轻护士工作压力与风险。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of modified internal fistula protective cover on arteriovenous internal fistula related complications. Methods A total of 80 hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous internal fistula were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 patients in each group. The modified fistula protective covers or simple protective covers were used in the two groups respectively during dialysis period.The incidences of internal fistula related complications in the two groups were compared. Results The incidences of complications such as fistulab leeding, hematoma, pain and needle head spondylolisthesis were 0.16%, 0.10%, 0.06% and 0 in the observation group, and 2.79%, 0.35%, 2.53%, 0.32% in the control group, respectively. There are statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). In addition, the rate of patients′ satisfaction is 95% in the observation group and 80% in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The modified internal fistula protective cover obviously decreases the incidences of internal fistula related complications, resulting in improved dialysis effect, enhanced patients′ comfort and satisfaction, and furthermore reduced nurses′ working pressure and risk. |
