| 康复医学科专业学位硕士生在临床上普遍缺乏骨科康复基本知识,缺少先进的治疗理念,因此无论是在病房中还是在治疗室内,工作积极性都较低,临床思维单一、片面,难以将课本中的理论转化为实际临床应用。通过制定骨科康复专业知识学习规划,增加相应的骨科康复治疗实践,坚持以临床思维能力为教学核心,病房教学联合各治疗室教学,并将以问题为导向的教学模式(PBL)改良并加以应用,积极参与病人康复治疗后的各种随访研究等方法,来培养康复医学科专业硕士生的骨科康复临床思维能力。通过实践证明这些措施能够明显提高康复医学科专业硕士生在临床上发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力,为将来成为一名优秀的骨科康复医生奠定基础。 |

| Professional masters of rehabilitation medicine mostly lack orthopedic rehabilitation basic knowledge and advanced treatment concepts,which caused their lower working enthusiasm and one-sided clinical thought either in the ward or in the treatment room.They cannot transform the theory of books into practical clinical application.The clinical thinking ability of rehabilitation medicine professional masters on orthopedic rehabilitation can be developed through several methods,such as making learning plans of orthopedic rehabilitation professional knowledge,increasing experiences of the corresponding orthopedic rehabilitation treatment,adhering to the ability of clinical thinking as the corn of teaching,combining ward teaching and treatment room teaching,improving and applying PBL teaching model,involving participation of follow-up research in patients after rehabilitation,and so on.It is proved that these measures can significantly improve the ability of the professional masters of rehabilitation medicine to find,analyze and solve clinic problems,laying the foundation for good orthopedic rehabilitation doctors. |
