      目的 比较计算机辅助塑型钛网与传统手工塑型钛网修补颅骨缺损的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析行颅骨缺损修补的86例患者,其中44例为手工塑型钛网(手工塑型组),42例为计算机辅助塑型钛网(计算机辅助塑型组)。对两组的临床资料进行比较分析。结果 计算机辅助塑型组手术时间明显少于手工塑型组[(82.3±7.1) min vs(126.9±9.3) min,(P<0.01)];计算机辅助塑型组钛钉使用数量明显少于手工塑型组[(8.1±1.2)个 vs (11.9±1.6)个,P<0.01];计算机辅助塑型组术后共发生并发症2例,发生率为4.8%,手工塑型组共发生并发症9例,发生率为20.5%,计算机辅助塑型组术后发生并发症明显低于手工塑型组(P<0.05);计算机辅助塑型组塑型满意度明显高于手工塑型组(97.6% vs 72.7%,P<0.01);术中出血量两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 计算机辅助塑型钛网由于术前已预塑型,缩短了手术时间,减少了术中工作量,降低了手术风险及并发症发生,提高了塑型满意度,值得临床推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare the clinical effect of the computer aided modeling titanium mesh and the traditional manual modeling titanium mesh for the repairing of skull defect.Methods Eighty-six patients with skull defect repaired in the Third People′s Hospital of Hefei were analyzed retrospectively.Among them 44 patients with skull defect repaired by traditional manual modeling titanium mesh were named the manual modeling group while 42 patients with skull defect repaired by computer aided modeling titanium mesh were named the computer aided modeling group,then the clinic data of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The operation time of the computer aided modeling group (82.3±7.1) min was significantly lower than that of the manual modeling group (126.9±9.3) min (P<0.01);The number of titanium screws in the computer aided modeling group (8.1±1.2) was significantly less than that in the manual modeling group (11.9±1.6) (P<0.01);postoperative complication occurred in 2 cases and the postoperative complication rate was 4.8% in the computer aided modeling group,postoperative complication occurred in 9 cases and the postoperative complication rate was 20.5% in the manual modeling group;the postoperative complication rate in the computer aided modeling group was significantly lower than that of the manual modeling group (P<0.05).The satisfaction in computer aided modeling group (97.6%) was significantly higher than that of the manual modeling group (72.7%) (P<0.01);amount of bleeding during the operation in the two groups was not significantly different (P>0.05).Conclusions Computer aided modeling titanium mesh was modeled before operation,so it results in shortened operation time,reduced workload of the operation,surgical risk and the occurrence of complications,and improved satisfaction with modeling,which is worthy of promotion.
