| 目的 探讨高维持剂量氯吡格雷对急性心肌梗死患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后血小板聚集率和炎性反应的影响。方法 选取符合标准的76例诊断为急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)的急诊患者,且所有患者均予以氯吡格雷600 mg以及阿司匹林300 mg顿服,后予以行PCI术,并采用随机数字表法分为观察组(高维持剂量组)38例和对照组(常规剂量组)38例,观察组予以氯吡格雷150 mg·d-1×7 d,后改为75 mg·d-1,对照量组予以75 mg·d-1维持治疗,术前及术后7 d分别测1次血小板聚集率和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),并进行比较。结果 两组7 d后的血小板聚集率、hs-CRP较前均明显降低,且观察组的血小板聚集率、hs-CRP降低更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。 结论 STEMI患者急诊PCI术后予以高维持剂量的氯吡格雷可更进一步降低血小板聚集率以及炎性反应。 |

| Objective To study the influence of high maintenance dose of clopidogrel on levels of platelet aggregation and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with AMI after PCI treatment.Methods Seventy-six patients witch diagnosed as STEMI were divided into two groups.All patients oral 600 mg of clopidogrel and 300 mg of aspirin,then PCI.The control group were treated with clopidogrel 150 mg·d-1×7 days,then change to 75 mg·d-1.The observation group were treated with clopidogrel 75 mg·d-1.Results Levels of platelet aggregation and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein of two groups were significantly reduce compared with pre-operation.Postoperative levels of platelet aggregation and hs-CRP of the control group was significantly less than operation group (P＜0.05).Conclusion High maintenance dose of clopidogrel can further reduce levels of platelet aggregation and inflammatory response. |
