| 目的 探讨小牛血清去蛋白提取物联合三乙醇胺乳膏保留灌肠在宫颈癌放疗后的患者急、慢性放射性肠炎中的治疗效果。 方法 回顾性研究宫颈癌放疗后明确诊断放射性肠炎的患者,其中急性放射性肠炎87例,慢性放射性肠炎42例,收集其临床资料。 结果 87例急性放射性肠炎中,79例治愈,6例有效,2例无效。42例慢性放射性肠炎患者中,5例治愈,24例有效,13例治疗无效。 结论 小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合三乙醇胺乳膏保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎有效、安全。 |

| Objective To investigate in cervical cancer patients after radiotherapy,intravenous application of deproteinised calf blood combined with trolamine cream enema in acute and chronic radiation enteritis therapeutic effect. Methods A retrospective study diagnosis of cervical cancer after radiotherapy radiation enteritis patients with acute radiation enteritis 87 cases,42 cases of chronic radiation enteritis,which clinical data were collected. Results In 87 cases of acute radiation enteritis,79 cases were cured,6 effective case,2 cases of invalid patients.In 42 cases of chronic radiation enteritis patients,5 cases were cured,24 cases effective,13 cases of ineffective treatment. Conclusions Intravenous application of deproteinised calf blood combined with trolamine cream enema is more effective and safe on radiation enteritis in cervical cancer. |
