| 目的 了解患者及家属对用药咨询的认知度,为开展用药咨询服务、促进合理用药提供参考。方法 针对用药咨询服务常见问题自制问卷调查表,对2015年2—5月来该院就诊的门诊患者进行随机调查,当场填写并收回。利用 Excel 2013对有效问卷进行统计、分析。结果 有效问卷为385份,74.3%的被调查者不了解医院药房设有用药咨询窗口；80.3%的被调查者没有进行过用药咨询；63.4%的被调查者遇到用药问题找医生解决；认为用药咨询对合理用药非常有帮助和有帮助的分别是29.1%和67.5%,占96.6%。结论 患者及家属对用药咨询认知度较低,用药咨询期待广泛宣传；被调查者对合理用药知识非常渴求；用药咨询对保障患者用药安全、有效、经济、适当是非常必要的。 |

| Objective To understand the recognition of medication consultation of patients and patients′family and toprovide the referencefor medical consulting work and promote therational use of drugs. Methods Self-made questionnaire,a random survey of patients of Anhui provincial hospital during February to May of 2015 was collected.The results of the survey were analyzed by using Excel 2013 software. Results Three hundred and eighty-five effective questionnaires,74.3% of patients did not know hospital medical consulting services,80.3% of the patients did not use medication consultation,63.4% of patients mostly find a doctor when facing a drug using problems,patients think that medical consultation is very useful and useful for the rational using of drugs were 29.1% and 67.5%,respectively,accounting for 96.6%. Conclusions The medication consultation work with many shortage,the propaganda of whichneed to be strengthen.Patients are eager for more medication consultation.Medication consultation is essential for economical,rational,safe,effective using of medicine of patients. |
