| 膀胱癌是泌尿系最常见的恶性肿瘤,其特点是易复发,复发后恶性度增加。免疫检查点阻断剂通过调整机体的免疫系统功能,抑制肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸,使T细胞活化并清除肿瘤细胞。近年来,免疫检查点阻断剂已被用于治疗各种侵袭性肿瘤,这给膀胱癌的治疗提供了新思路。该文主要介绍免疫检查点阻断剂在膀胱癌治疗中的应用。 |

| Bladder cancer (BC) is the most common urological malignancy with a high recurrence rate and the degree of malignancy increased after the recurrence.Immunocheckpoint blockades can adjust the immune function,inhibit tumor immune escape,enhance Tcell activationand kill tumor cells.Immunotherapy blocking immune checkpoints has been recently applied to many aggressive cancers therapy,which provide a new therapeutic strategy for BC.The review summarizes the checkpoint inhibitors application in the treatment of BC. |
