      目的 研究氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、白细胞介素-22(IL-22)以及白细胞介素-24(IL-24)在子痫前期(PE)患者血清及胎盘组织中的表达水平及其与PE疾病程度的相关性。 方法 选取40例PE患者,根据患者病情将全部患者分为轻度组20例,重度组20例,另选取同期接受常规孕检并最终顺利分娩的20例作为对照组;分别测定三组孕妇血清及胎盘组织中的ox-LDL、IL-22以及IL-24表达水平并进行对比,分析血清ox-LDL与血清IL-22、IL-24的相关性,PE病情与ox-LDL、IL-22、IL-24的相关性。 结果 重度组患者分娩时孕周显著低于对照组与轻度组(P<0.01)。重度组患者血清中ox-LDL、IL-22、IL-24表达水平均显著高于对照组与轻度组(P<0.01);轻度组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);经进一步统计学分析三组组间对比ox-LDL、IL-22、IL-24表达水平均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清中ox-LDL与IL-22、IL-24均具有显著正相关性(0

      Objective To study the expression of oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL),IL-22 and IL-24 in the serum and placenta of patients with preeclampsia and the correlation with the degree of preeclampsia. Methods Forty patients with preeclampsia were enrolled.All patients were divided into mild group (n=20) and severe group (n=20) according to the patient′s condition.The levels of ox-LDL,IL-22 and IL-24 in serum and placental tissue of the three groups were measured and compared.22,IL-24 and the relationship between ox-LDL,IL-22 and IL-24 in preeclampsia. Results The gestational age of the severe group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the mild group (P<0.01).The serum levels of ox-LDL,IL-22 and IL-24 in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the mild group (P<0.01).The mild group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01).The levels of ox-LDL,IL-22 and IL-24 in the three groups were statistically different (P<0.01).Serum ox-LDL had significant positive correlation with IL-22 and IL-24,0
