      目的 分析县级医院护士工作授能和离职意愿现状及影响因素,并探讨两者间的相关性。 方法 选取安徽省12家县级公立医院的临床护士作为研究对象,通过发放一般资料调查表、工作授能量表和离职意愿量表进行调查,所得数据采用SPSS 20.0进行统计分析。分析临床护士离职意愿和工作授能现况及其影响因素,探讨临床护士工作授能与离职意愿的相关性。 结果 715例临床护士的离职意愿平均分为(10.53±3.23)分,处于较低水平;年龄、教育程度、职称、劳动关系和收入是影响临床护士离职意愿的主要因素;工作授能平均分为(17.73±4.26)分;所在科室是影响临床护士工作授能的主要因素;临床护士离职意愿总分与工作授能总分、机会、信息等维度得分负相关。 结论 县级医院临床护士的离职意愿较低,且与工作授能密切相关,可为护理管理者提供指导。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of job empowerment and turnover intention among nurses in county hospitals,and to explore the correlation between them. Methods The clinical nurses of 12 county-level public hospitals in Anhui were selected as the research objects.The survey was conducted by means of general data questionnaire,work empowerment scale and turnover intention scale,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 for the nurses′ turnover intention,work empowerment and its influencing factors as well as the relationship between work empowerment and turnover intention of clinical nurses. Results The turnover intention of 715 clinical nurses was (10.53±3.23) points,which was at a relatively low level.Age,education level,professional title,labor relation and income were the main factors that influenced the turnover intention of clinical nurses.The average work empowerment was (17.73±4.26) points.Department was the main factor affecting the work empowerment of clinical nurses;the total score of clinical nurses′ turnover intention was negatively correlated with the total score of work empowerment,opportunity and information. Conclusions The turnover intention of clinical nurses in county hospitals is low and closely related to work empowerment,which can provide guidance for nursing managers.
