| 脓毒症是目前重症医学乃至整个医学领域的焦点之一,虽然其诊断和治疗已经取得了较大进展,但其在急诊和重症监护病房的高发病率和高病死率尚未得到改善,仍然需要积极、多角度地寻找脓毒症的诊治思路；目前关于脓毒症诊疗的中西医研究多集中在辨证论治、治未病、综合疗法以及集束化治疗等方面,笔者认为这些诊疗思维都需要建立在“整体观”基础上。 |

| Sepsis is currently one of the focus in the field of intensive care medicine. Although,the diagnosis and treatment has made significant progress,the high incidence in the emergency department and ICU mortality situation is still failed to reverse. We should be actively looking for the diagnosis and treatment of Sepsis from different aspect. At present,the traditional Chinese medicine and western treatment of sepsis focus on treatment according to syndrome differentiation,prevention,comprehensive treatment,and bundled strategies,etc. We are concerned that the treatment should be based on the “Overall Concept”. |
