      目的 建立离子色谱法快速测定芡实药材中二氧化硫的残留量。方法 采用盐酸蒸馏法提取,过氧化氢吸收并氧化,离子色谱法测定硫酸根离子的含量,以公式推算二氧化硫残留量。用Dionex Inopac AS 11-HC阴离子分析柱,20 mmol·L-1氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,电导检测器检测,流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果 硫酸根离子在1.00~200.00 mg·L-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系。回归方程Y= 0.679 1X-0.961 6,相关系数r=0.999 9;检出限为0.33 mg·L-1;平均回收率为93.22%。不同产地样品中二氧化硫残留量有一定差异。结论 该方法操作简便,精密度、稳定性、重复性较好,准确度较高,适合芡实药材中二氧化硫的残留量检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of residual sulfur dioxide in Euryale Semen from different areas by ion-chromatography.Methods The sample was distilled by hydrochloric acid,absorbed by hydrogen peroxide and determined SO2-4 content by ion-chromatography.Dionex Inopac AS 11-HC anion analytical column was used with an eluent consisted of 20 mmol·L-1 KOH solution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the conductivity detector was used.Results SO2-4 had a good linearity in the range of 1.00-200.00 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9).The average recoveries and LOD were 93.22 % and 0.33 mg·L-1.Residual sulfur dioxide in Euryale Semen from different areas showed different results.Conclusion The method,with good precision,stability and repeatability is easy to operate and suitable for the quality control of Euryale Semen.
