| 目的 评价非布司他对2型糖尿病早期肾病合并无症状高尿酸血症(HUA)患者血尿酸(SUA)、尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)及氧化应激的作用。 方法 将2型糖尿病早期肾病合并无症状HUA患者60例按随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组30例维持原口服降糖药或胰岛素方案不变,治疗组30例在此基础上加用非布司他片40 mg·d－1,疗程24周。观察两组患者治疗前后SUA、UAER及氧化应激标志物8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)和3-硝基酪氨酸修饰蛋白(3-NT)的变化。 结果 与治疗前及对照组相比,非布司他治疗后患者的SUA、UAER和8-OHdG均明显下降(P<0.05),3-NT无明显变化(P>0.05)。 结论 非布司他可以有效降低2型糖尿病早期肾病合并无症状HUA患者的SUA和UAER,改善氧化应激。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effects of febuxostat on the serum uric acid (SUA),urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) and oxidative stress in early type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients complicated with asymptomatic hyperuricemia(HUA). Methods Sixty patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with asymptomatic HUA were assigned into 2 groups according to the random number table.Patients in the control group (n=30) maintained the original regimens of oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin;patients in the treatment group (n=30) were treated with additional febuxostat tablets with a dose of 40 mg/day for 24 weeks.Changes of SUA,UAER,and oxidative stress markers 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) and 3-nitrotyrosine-modified proteins (3-NT) before and after treatment in both groups were observed. Results SUA,UAER,and 8-OHdG in the febuxostat-treated patients were significantly decreased compared with that before the treatment and the control group (P<0.05),but the 3-NT level was not significantly changed (P>0.05). Conclusions Febuxostat may effectively reduce the SUA and UAER and improve oxidative stress in early type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients complicated with asymptomatic hyperuricemia. |
