| 各种外伤常常导致体表软组织缺损,如何得到最大限度的生理性修复,给临床医生带来巨大挑战。螺旋桨穿支皮瓣可以选择不同穿支血管,克服了传统的皮瓣只有一个穿支可选的缺点；可以一次修复多个复杂程度的软组织缺损创面,有更好的美容效果和供区瘢痕隐蔽的优势。随着高频彩色多普勒超声探测穿支血管技术日益成熟,必将为螺旋桨皮瓣在临床中的应用提供更为广阔的空间和前景。本研究就螺旋桨皮瓣的概念、分类、设计等相关基础与临床应用新进展进行综述。 |

| All kinds of trauma often results in superficial soft tissue defects,causing pain to the patient.How to maximize the physiological repair has brought a huge challenge to the clinician.Propeller flap can choose different perforator vessels,which overcomes the shortcoming of traditional flap that has only one perforator.It can repair multiple soft tissue defects at one time,and has better cosmetic effect and advantage of concealment of scar in donor area.Increasingly maturing technology of high-frequency color doppler ultrasound to detect perforator vessels provide a broader space and prospect for the clinical application of propeller flap.In this paper,the concept,classification and design of propeller flap are reviewed. |
