| 目的 探讨临床药师在风湿免疫科开展药学服务的体会和切入点。方法 结合在风湿免疫科的实际工作,通过案例分析介绍临床药师参与临床药物治疗工作的内容和方法。结果 临床药师可将参与制定感染病人的抗感染治疗方案、关注特殊人群用药、观察药物相互作用、不良反应监护、加强病人用药宣教等作为参与风湿免疫科药物治疗的切入点。结论 在以治疗慢病为主的风湿免疫科,临床药师可提供多种形式的药学服务以促进临床合理用药,提高病人用药依从性。 |

| Objective To investigate the experience and entry point of clinical pharmacists in department of rheumatology and immunology.Methods Through case analysis on the basis of the actual work in department of rheumatology and immunology,the content and method of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical drug therapy were introduced.Results Clinical pharmacists could participate in drug therapy through antibiotic treatment,paying attention to drug therapy for special groups,ADR and drug interaction analysis and monitoring,medication education,etc.Conclusions Clinical pharmacists provide various types of pharmaceutical care to promote rational use of drugs and the adherence to treatment of the patients. |
