      目的 了解以问题为基础的教学方法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)在我国临床医学专业教育中的研究现状及发展趋势,以期为临床医学专业PBL教学改革提供依据。方法 应用文献计量学方法分析2000年至2016年8月中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)收录的临床医学专业PBL教学相关文献。结果 共筛选文献948篇,发表于253种期刊;近5年共发表PBL研究论文643篇;其中69篇文章发表在核心期刊,共656篇文章成为引证文献,引用频次超10次的共计103篇,最高被引用频次为106次;共有391篇受基金资助,且受资助数量逐年增加;研究核心群体主要集中在我国高校及其附属医院。结论 PBL已广泛涉及基础、专业、人文课程及临床见习教学,成为我国临床医学教育改革的重要发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the research status and trend of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in clinical medical professional education in our country,and to provide basis for PBL reform in clinical medicine.Methods Clinical medicine PBL literature from 2000 to August 2016 in China recorded in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database were analyzed by bilbiometric method.Results A total of 948 articles published in 253 journals were searched out.In recent 5 years,643 articles were published.69 articles were published in core journals.656 articles were cited included 103 articles cited over 10 times and the highest cited frequency was 106.391 articles were funded.Conclusions PBL teaching had attracted more researchers' and education departments' attention in clinical medical in recent years,and it had been widely used in basic,professional,and humanities courses and clinical probation teaching.PBL teaching had become an important development trend of clinical medical education reform in our country.
