| 宫颈癌是女性常见的肿瘤，随着宫颈癌发病率增高、发病年龄降低，要求保留生育功能的病人越来越多。目前认为早期宫颈癌病人可行广泛宫颈切除术以保留生育功能。笔者就广泛宫颈切除术的手术方式、适应证、手术相关注意事项、术后复发情况及术后妊娠情况进行总结，并对未来手术方式发展进行展望。相信随着该手术的日趋成熟，未来广泛宫颈切除术在临床应用前景广阔。 |

| Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers in women worldwide.As the increasing of its morbidity rate and thedecreasing of its onset age，more and more women have the desire to preserve the fertility.Currently，the radical trachelectomy sur? gery can help the patients to preserve the fertility.In this review，the surgical methods，indications，surgical precautions，postopera? tive recurrence and postoperative pregnancy of radical trachelectomy were summarized，and the future development of surgical meth? ods was prospected.It is believed that with the maturity of surgery，radical trachelectomy will be widely used in clinical practice in the future. |
