中文摘要:
      一对一本科生导师制是我国高校培养人才的新模式,是能够有效提高本科生综合素质的教学法。本研究将该教学法应用于医学影像学专业本科生实习教学中,有效提高了学生临床理论与实践工作能力、良好职业素质与医德医风、科研思维与创新意识、临床沟通能力与自主学习能力等综合素质,利于学生社会角色转换。目前,导师制实施过程中还存在导师培养与考核体系不健全、导师制执行过程不完善、缺乏有效的考核评价与监督体系等不足。随着导师制进一步成熟,该教学法将培养更多优秀的实用型医学影像专业人才,促进我国医疗卫生事业健康蓬勃发展。
英文摘要:
      One?to?one tutorial system for undergraduates is a new model of talents training in Colleges and universities in China, and is an effective teaching method to improve the comprehensive quality of undergraduates.In this study,the teaching method wasapplied in the practice teaching activities of medical imaging undergraduates.The teaching results showed that it could effectivelyimprove students’comprehensive qualities,such as clinical theory and practical work ability,good professional quality and medical ethics,scientific research thinking and innovation consciousness,clinical communication ability and independent learning ability, and help students to transform their social roles.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the implementation of the tutorial system,such as the imperfect training and assessment system,the imperfect implementation process of the tutorial system,and the lack of effective assessment and supervision system.With the further maturity of the tutorial system,more excellent practical medi?cal imaging professionals will be cultivated by this teaching method and the healthy and vigorous development of China’s medical and health services will be promoted.
