| Starting from the traditional Chinese medicine industry development present situation and the current situation of Chi?nese medicine personnel training，it focuses on the necessity of advancing the integration of industry and education to train profes?sional talents of Chinese pharmacy，and how colleges and universities can learn from the talent training，talent training scheme， course construction and teaching staff，teaching methods and teaching reform，practice teaching，social service and so on six aspects started to train applied talents of Chinese pharmacy. |
