      目的通过原子吸收光谱法对来自安徽省铜陵市、芜湖市南陵县和亳州市三个产地牡丹皮中硒、镁、锌、铁和锰微量元素含量进行测定。方法牡丹皮样品在浓硝酸 /30%过氧化氢体系中微波消解,消解参数为: 1 000 W下维持 20 min,压力从 15 atm升至 25 atm;通过同步检测标准物质中微量元素得以验证。结果铜陵牡丹皮中硒、镁、锌、铁、锰元素含量最高,分别为0.326 mg/kg、1 623.000 mg/kg、53.800 mg/kg、294.800 mg/kg、56.500 mg/kg;其次为南陵牡丹皮;且二者均高于亳州牡丹皮;通过标准物质测定发现其与标示值相一致。结论从硒、镁、锌、铁、锰元素水平角度评价,三个不同产地的牡丹皮中铜陵牡丹皮质量上乘,这可能与铜陵地区特殊地质存在一定的关系。
英文摘要:
      Objective To determine the content of selenium,magnesium,zinc iron and manganese trace elements in Moutan Cor? tex from Tongling City,Bozhou City and Nanling County in Anhui province by atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods Moutan Cortex samples were digested by microwave in concentrated nitric acid/30% hydrogen peroxide system.The digestion parameterswere as follows:1 000 W for 20 minutes,the pressure increased from 15atm to 25atm;the experimental method was verified by si? multaneous determination of trace elements in reference materials.Results Tongling Moutan Cortex had the highest contents of se? lenium,magnesium,zinc,iron and manganese,respectively were 0.326 mg/kg、1 623.000 mg/kg、53.800 mg/kg、294.800 mg/kg and 56.500 mg/kg.And it was followed by the Moutan Cortex of Nanling city and Bozhou City.It is found to be consistent with the marked values by the determination of reference materials.Conclusion From the perspective of the trace element content levels of selenium,magnesium,zinc,iron and manganese,the quality of Moutan Cortex from Tongling city is superior,which may be related to the special geology of Tongling area.
