| 目的分析门诊处方不合理用药情况，为规范临床医疗行为，确保病人用药安全提供参考。方法采用随机数字表法每月抽取 2018年 1—9月某三甲医院门诊西药处方 300张，采用人机结合的方式点评并绘制帕累托图进行统计分析。结果 2 700张处方中，合格率为 97.19%，不合理处方占 2.81%，不合理率较高科室为心内科与肿瘤科。结论该院门诊处方合格率较高，临床处方点评和干预措施起到了一定作用。 |

| Objective To analyze the unreasonable drug use in outpatient prescription，so as to provide reference for standardizing the clinic behavior，making an effort to ensure the medication safety of patients.Methods According to random number table meth? od，three hundred prescriptions were collected per month from January to September of 2018 in a tertiary hospital.Irrational factorswere statistically analyzed with Pareto chart after man?software combined comments.Results In the randomly collected 2 700 pre? scriptions，the qualified rate was 97.19%，the percentage of irrational ones was 2.81%.The departments of Cardiology and Oncology had more unqualified prescriptions.Conclusion The rational rate of outpatient prescriptions in this hospital is relatively high，and the clinic comments of prescription and intervention measures have played a useful role. |
