      目的探讨基于案例教学(CBL)的循证临床指南教学在心内科实习教学中的效果。方法选取 2017年 5—9月在三峡大学第一临床医学院心内科实习的医学生 56人为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各 28人。观察组采用基于 CBL教学的循证临床指南教学,对照组采用传统教学。 4周实习结束后,以理论考试、实践考试以及问卷调查结果评价教学效果。结果 4周实习结束后,观察组的理论考试成绩(90.84±2.49)分显著高于对照组(83.55±2.02)分(P<0.05)。另外观察组的实践考试成绩(91.21±1.83)分显著优于对照组(82.07±2.39)分(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,基于 CBL教学的循证临床指南教学可激发学生对心内科实习的积极性,加深对书本知识的理解,促进理论与实践的联系,提高疾病诊疗能力,提高实践操作能力,最后学生一致支持该方法应用于临床实习教学。结论基于 CBL教学的循证临床指南教学对培养学生分析临床问题能力和解决问题能力具有重要作用和意义,有望在临床实习教学中广泛推广应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of evidence?based clinical guide teaching based on case based learning(CBL)in the internship teaching of cardiology.Methods A total of 56 medical intern students who practiced in Department of Cardiology ofThe First Clinical Medical College of Three Gorges University from May 2017 to September 2017 were selected as subjects.Theywere assigned into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 28 students in each group.The obser? vation group used evidence?based clinical guide teaching based on CBL,and the control group used traditional teaching method.Af? ter 4 weeks of internship,the teaching results were evaluated by theoretical examinations,practical examinations,and questionnaire survey.Results After 4?week internship,the theoretical test score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group[(90.84±2.49)vs.(83.55±2.02),P<0.05].The practical test score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group[(91.21±1.83)vs.(82.07±2.39),P<0.05].The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the ev?idence?based clinical guide teaching based on CBL could stimulate students’enthusiasm for cardiology internship,enhance their un? derstanding of book knowledge,promote the connection between theory and practice,improve students’ability to diagnose and treat, and improve their practical ability,therefore,all the students finally agreed that this method could be used for clinical practice teaching.Conclusions The evidence?based clinical guide teaching based on CBL plays an important role and significance in culti? vating students’ability to analyze and solve clinical problems.It is expected to be widely applied in clinical practice teaching.
