      目的探讨胃癌组织中溶酶体相关四次跨膜蛋白 B(LAPTM4B)、三叶因子家族 1(TFF1)蛋白表达与胃癌的关系。方法选取 2015年 8月至 2018年 6月郑州人民医院收集的 80例胃癌组织及 40例胃癌癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学染色技术检测 LAPTM4B、TFF1蛋白表达情况,观察不同病灶最大径、 TNM分期、组织学分化程度、淋巴结转移情况、浸润程度及胃癌组织中 LAPTM4B、TFF1蛋白的阳性表达率。结果胃癌组织中 LAPTM4B蛋白阳性表达率为 61.25%、TFF1蛋白阳性表达率为 68.75%,胃癌癌旁组织中 LAPTM4B蛋白阳性表达率为 25.00%、TFF1蛋白阳性表达率为 35.00%;胃癌组织均高于癌旁组织( P<

      Objective To investigate the relationship between lysosomal-associated 4th transmembrane protein B (LAPTM4B) and trefoil factor family 1 (TFF1) protein expression and gastric cancer.Methods Eighty gastric cancer tissues and 40 gastric cancer tissuescollected from the Zhengzhou People's Hospital from August 2015 to June 2018 were selected. The expression of LAPTM4B and TFF1protein was detected by immunohistochemical staining. The differences in the expression rates of LAPTM4B and TFF1 proteins in gastric cancer tissues with different lesion diameter, TNM stage, histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis and infiltration were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of LAPTM4B protein and TFF1 protein in gastric cancer tissues was 61.25% and 68.75%,respectively. The positive expression rate of LAPTM4B protein and TFF1 protein in paracancerous tissues was 25.00% and 35.00%, respectively (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of LAPTM4B protein in gastric cancer tissues with TNM stage (stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ) andlymph node metastasis were 78.79% and 74.42%, respectively, which were higher than 48.94% in patients with TNM stage (stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ)and 45.95% in patients without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05); The positive expression rates of TFF1 protein in TNM stage (stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ), lymph node metastasis, and poorly differentiated gastric cancer were 90.91%, 81.40%, and 87.10%, respectively, which was higherthan 53.19% in TNM stage (stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ), 54.05% without lymph node metastasis and 57.14% in well-differentiated and moderately differentiated gastric cancer tissues (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression intensity of LAPTM4B and TFF1 in gastric cancer tissues is significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues, which may be related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
