| 目的报告 1例子宫良性平滑肌瘤肺转移(PBML)病例，为今后临床诊断和治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析 2019年 3月 20日中国科学院合肥肿瘤医院收治的 1例 PBML病人的临床特征、检查结果、诊疗经过，同时进行相关文献的复习，探讨其发病机制及预后情况。结果病人为 42岁女性，有子宫肌瘤手术史。入院无明显肺部症状，影像学检查提示双肺多发占位。行右肺下叶大病灶手术治疗，病理学检查证实为 PBML，且 ER(+)，PR(+)，与文献报道吻合。结论 PBML一般无明显症状，影像学检查无特异性，可通过病理学检查确诊。其病因尚不明确，手术为主要治疗方法，激素治疗可能有效。 |

| Objective To report a case of pulmonary benign metastasizing leiomyomatosis (PBML) to provide reference for clinicaldiagnosis and treatment in the future.Methods The clinical features, examination results, diagnosis and treatment of a PBML patientadmitted to Hefei Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Sciences on March 20, 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. Meanwhile, relevant literature was reviewed to explore its pathogenesis and prognosis.Results The patient was a 42-year-old female with a history ofhysteromyoma surgery. There were no obvious pulmonary symptoms on admission, and the imaging examination showed multiple lungnodules. The patient received surgical treatment for a large lesion in the right lower lobe of the lung. PBML was confirmed by pathological examination. The positive expression of estrogen and progesterone receptor was consistent with the literature.Conclusions PBML usually has no obvious symptoms and no specificity in imaging examination. It can be confirmed by pathological examination. The etiology is still unclear. Surgery is the main treatment. PBML often behaves as inert biological behavior, and hormone therapy may be effective. |
