      目的探讨微课结合翻转课堂的教学模式在牙体牙髓病学实践教学效果中的作用。方法选择第四军医大学口腔医院 2016级所有 23名五年制口腔医学专业本科生作为实验组, 2015级所有 20名五年制口腔医学专业本科生作为对照组,实验组在牙体牙髓病学实践教学中采用微课结合翻转课堂的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学法,研究起始时间为 2019年 9月至 2021年 1月。课程结束后比较两组学生实践理论和实践操作的成绩,并通过问卷调查评估实验组学生对微课结合翻转课堂的教学模式的认可度和满意度。结果实验组实践成绩和总成绩均高于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示实验组学生对微课结合翻转课堂的教学模式具有较高的认可度和满意度,但也认为其不能完全替代传统的教学方法。结论微课结合翻转课堂的新型教学模式有利于调动学生的学习积极性,提高教学效率,是提升牙体牙髓病学实践教学效果的一种有效方法。

      Objective To explore the teaching effects of the method of micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom on the clinical practice teaching of endodontics.Methods All of 23 five-year undergraduates from grade 2016 in School of Stomatology, theFourth Military Medical University, were chosen as the experimental group and taught in micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom teaching method. All of 20 five-year undergraduates from grade 2015 in the same university were chosen as control group andtaught in traditional method. The duration of study was from September, 2019 to January, 2021. After the course, the outcome of didactic test and practical test were compared, and the questionnaire survey was conducted in the experimental group to evaluate the students' recognition and satisfaction with the micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom teaching mode.Results The results of practical test and total scores in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group with statistical significance (P <0.05). The results of questionnaire survey demonstrated that the students in the experimental group had a high degree of recognitionand satisfaction with the teaching mode of micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom, but they also considered that it could notcompletely replace the traditional teaching method.Conclusion The new method of micro-lecture combined with flipped classroomcan help improve students' motivation and increase learning efficiency, which is an effective way to improve outcome of clinical practice teaching of endodontics.
