| 目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定小儿消积通便颗粒中 5-羟甲基糠醛等 9种成分的含量。方法采用 Hedera ODS-2色谱柱( 4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)以 0.2%磷酸水溶液( A)-乙腈( B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱，色谱柱温度 25 ℃；检测波长 270 nm。结果 5-羟甲基糠醛、连翘酯苷 A、胡黄连苷 Ⅱ、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、胡黄连苷 Ⅰ、连翘苷、橙黄决明素、厚朴酚分别在 4.75~190.00、2.71~108.70、0.56~22.50、1.08~43.18、2.28~91.09、0.65~26.18、1.16~46.55、0.49~19.50、0.99~39.55 mg/L范围内线性关系良好，相关系数不低于 0.999 8，平均回收率分别为 103.1%、98.9%、98.4%、96.7%、95.8%、97.7%、99.3%、99.5%、106.0%，精密度、重复性等试验结果均符合方法学测定要求。结论建立的高效液相色谱法可以用于小儿消积通便颗粒 9种有效成分的定量分析。 |

| Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and other 8 components in Xiaoer Xiaoji Tongbian granules.Methods Hedera ODS-2 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was selected for separation, and the gradi. ent was eluted with 0.2% phosphoric acid solution (A)-acetonitrile(B). The detection wave length was 270 nm, and the column tempera. ture was at 25 ℃.Results The linear relationships of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural, forsythiaside A, picroside Ⅱ, naringin, hesperidin, picroside Ⅰ, forsythiaside, aurantio-obtusin and magnolol were good within the ranges of 4.75-190.00, 2.71-108.70, 0.56-22.50, 1.08-43.18, 2.28-91.09, 0.65-26.18, 1.16-46.55, 0.49-19.50, and 0.99-39.55 mg/L,respectively.
