      目的研究半枝莲有效成分的分布情况,综合评价其不同药用部位质量,为半枝莲药材质量标准的制定奠定基础。方法采用紫外 -可见分光光度法测定半枝莲中不同药用部位的总黄酮含量,高效液相色谱法同时测定野黄芩苷、野黄芩素、木犀草素、芹菜素等多成分的含量,并以水溶性、醇溶性浸出物为评价指标,采用灰色关联度法综合评价半枝莲不同药用部位的质量。结果叶的总黄酮、野黄芩苷、多成分及浸出物含量均显著高于茎、果、全草,根据灰色关联度分析结果显示,叶的相对关联度为 0.694~0.772,全草的相对关联度为 0.433~0.506,茎和果的相对关联度为 0.33~0.366。结果表明,不同部位中叶的综合质量评价最高。结论半枝莲中不同药用部位质量差异明显,首次在半枝莲质量标准中确定了不同部位的占比,建议在半枝莲质量标准中控制叶的比例。

      Objective To study the distribution of effective components of Scutellaria barbata D.Don and to comprehensively evaluate the qualities of different medicinal parts, so as to laya foundation for the establishment of the quality standards of Scutellaria Barba? ta D.Don.Methods The content of total flavonoids in different medicinal parts of Scutellaria Barbata D.Don was determined by UVspectrophotometry,and the contents of scutellarin, scutellarein, luteolin, apigenin were simultaneously determined by HPLC. And withwater soluble extract and alcohol soluble extract as the evaluation index, grey correlation degree method was used to comprehensivelyevaluate the quality of different medicinal parts of Scutellaria Barbata D.Don.Results The contents of total flavonoids, scutellarin, multi-component and water soluble extract, alcohol soluble extract in leaves were significantly higher than those in stems, fruits andwhole grass. Grey correlation degree analysis results showed that the relative correlation degrees of leaves, whole grass, stems and fruitswere 0.694-0.772, 0.433-0.506, and 0.33-0.366, respectively. The results also showed that the comprehensive quality evaluation ofleaves among different parts was the highest.Conclusions The qualities of different medicinal parts of Scutellaria Barbata D.Don are obviously different. The study determined for the first time the proportion of different parts in the quality standards of Scutellaria Barba? ta D.Don. It is recommended to control the proportion of leaves in the quality standards of Scutellaria Barbata D.Don.
