| 目的探讨视网膜分支静脉阻塞( BRVO)病人的黄斑水肿( ME)情况以及与玻璃体积血( VH)的关系。方法回顾性研究。收集 2018年 1月至 2021年 12月首诊于安徽医科大学第二附属医院眼科新发的 BRVO病人 177例( 177眼)，根据是否合并 VH分为单纯组(单纯 BRVO)87眼和 VH组( BRVO合并 VH)90眼，分别对两组病人进行黄斑部光学相干断层扫描成像(OCT)检查(其中屈光间质严重混浊者行玻璃体切除手术后再行 OCT检查)收集病人的最佳矫正视力( BCVA)、眼压( IOP)以及黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度( CMT)并进行统计学分析。结果 VH组 BCVA优于，单纯组［(0.57±0.53)比( 0.83±0.50)P=0.001］，且 CMT明显低于单纯组［(233.38±37.97)μm比(586.06±112.27)μm，P<0.001］，VH组眼压略高于单纯组［(15.63±2.33)，mmHg比 |

| Objective To investigate the macular edema (ME) in patients with branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) and its relation-ship with vitreous hemorrhage (VH).Methods A retrospective study was conducted to collect data of a total of 177 eyes in 177 pa-tients with na-ve BRVO treated in the Ophthalmology Department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University fromJanuary 2018 to December 2021. According to whether they have VH or not, patients were assigned into simplex group (BRVO only, 87eyes) and VH group (BRVO complicated with VH, 90 eyes). The macular optical coherence tomography (OCT) examination was per-formed on the two groups of patients respectively, among whom the patients with severe opacity in reactive stroma underwent OCT ex-amination after vitrectomy. And data of the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), intraocular pressure (IOP) and central macular thick-ness (CMT) of the patients were collected and analyzed statistically.Results Compared with the simplex group, the BCVA was better [(0.57±0.53) vs. (0.83±0.50),P=0.001], and the CMT was significantly thinner in the VH group [(233.38±37.97) μm vs. (586.06±112.27) μm,P<0.001]. Although the intraocular pressure of the VH group was slightly higher than that of the simplex group [(15.63±2.33)mmHg vs. (14.28±1.63) mmHg,P<0.001], the intraocular pressures of both groups were within the normal range. There was a significantcorrelation between CMT and VH in patients with BRVO, and ME was significantly reduced in patients with BRVO complicated withVH (B=-352.15,P<0.001).Conclusion The macular edema in patients with BRVO complicated with VH is significantly better thanthat in patients with BRVO alone. VH may be closely related to the reduction of macular edema in patients with BRVO. |
