      目的探讨分析采用案例结合3D打印技术及PBL多模式混合教学法在支气管肺癌临床实习教学中的应用效果,为提高呼吸系统疾病临床整体教学质量提供新的方法。方法选取安徽医科大学第一附属医院2020年6月至2021年12月临床医学专业本科实习生68人,采用随机数字表法将他们分成传统教学法组和新教学法组(案例结合3D打印技术及PBL多模式混合教学法)进行支气管肺癌有关知识的临床教学,分析比较两种教学模式的教学效果。结果与传统教学法组相比,新教学法组学生的理论考试成绩及实践操作能力分数显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生课程参与度、学习兴趣、学习自觉性、学习效率、临床思维能力、教学方法的认可率、职业自豪感、综合素质、总体满意度等均有提高(P<0.05)。结论案例结合3D打印技术及PBL多模式混合教学法在呼吸系统疾病的临床教学应用中取得了良好效果,值得在临床医学教学中推广使用。

      Objective To explore and analyze the effects of case-based teaching method combined with 3D printing technology and PBL teaching method in clinical practice teaching of bronchial lung cancer, so as to provide new methods to improve the quality of clini?cal teaching of respiratory diseases.Methods A total of 68 undergraduate interns majoring in clinical medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from June 2020 to December 2021 were included. The students were randomly divided into tradi?tional teaching method group and new teaching method group (case-based method combined with 3D printing technology and PBL teaching method) for clinical teaching. The effects of the two teaching methods were compared.Results Compared with the traditional teaching method group, the scores of theoretical examination and practical operation ability of students in the new teaching method group were significantly improved (P<0.05). The course participation, learning interest, learning consciousness, learning efficiency,clinical thinking ability, recognition of teaching methods, professional pride, comprehensive quality and overall satisfaction rate were improved as well (P<0.05).Conclusion Case-based method combined with 3D printing technology and PBL teaching method has good teaching effects in the clinical teaching of respiratory diseases, which is worthy of further popularization and application in clinical teaching of multiple disciplines.
