      目的探讨τ蛋白、β淀粉样蛋白(β-AP)、视锥蛋白样蛋白-1(VILIP-1)与阿尔茨海默病(AD)病人认知功能障碍的相关性。方法选取2020年1—7月在河北中石油中心医院的老年AD病人100例(AD组)作为研究对象,其中有47例痴呆,53例轻度认知功能损害(MCI)病人;同时选取该院体检健康者50例作为对照组,检测血清τ蛋白、β-AP、VILIP-1水平并比较,Pearson相关性分析探索τ蛋白、β-AP、VILIP-1与简明精神状态量表(MMSE)评分关系。结果AD组血清τ蛋白、β-AP、VILIP-1分别为(24.40±5.55)pg/L、(210.22±44.43)ng/L 和(8.11±1.82)ng/L,高于对照组(19.01±5.03)pg/L、(130.32±32.15)ng/L 和(3.02±0.95)ng/L(P<0.05);AD病人中有47例为AD痴呆;AD痴呆病人MMSE评分低于MCI病人(P<0.05);AD痴呆病人血清τ蛋白、β-AP、VILIP-1 分别为(27.82±3.82)pg/L、(240.38±37.32)ng/L 和(10.01±1.90)ng/L,高于MCI 病人(21.37±4.10)pg/L、(183.47±44.19)ng/L和(6.43±1.44)ng/L(P<0.05);血清τ蛋白、β-AP、VILIP-1与MMSE评分呈负相关(r=?0.54、?0.33、?0.51,P<0.05)。结论AD病人血清τ蛋白、β-AP、VILIP-1水平升高,与病人认知功能障碍呈负相关,可能在病人认知功能判断中有一定应用价值。

      Objective To investigate the correlation between τ protein, β-amyloid protein (β-AP), and visinin-like protein-1 (VILIP-1) and cognitive dysfunction in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD).Methods A total of 100 elderly AD patients (AD group) in Hebei Petro China Central Hospital from January 2020 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects, including 47 cases of dementia and 53 cases of mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Fifty healthy subjects were used as the control group. Serum levels of τ protein, β-AP and VILIP-1 were detected and compared, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between τ protein, β-AP, VILIP-1 and mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score.Results Serum levels of τ protein, β-AP and VILIP-1 in AD group were (24.40±5.55) pg/L, (130.32±32.15) ng/L and (3.02±0.95) ng/L, respectively, which were higher than those in control group (19.01±5.03) pg/L, (210.22±44.43) ng/L and (8.11±1.82) ng/L (P < 0.05); 47 AD patients had AD dementia; AD dementia patients had lower MMSE scores than MCI patients (P < 0.05); Serum levels of τ, β-AP and VILIP-1 in AD dementia patients were (27.82±3.82) pg/L,(240.38±37.32) ng/L and (10.01±1.90) ng/L, respectively, which were higher than those in MCI patients (21.37±4.10) pg/L, (183.47±44.19) ng/L and (6.43±1.44) ng/L (P < 0.05); Serum levels of τ protein, β-AP and VILIP-1 were negatively correlated with MMSE score(r = ?0.54, ?0.33 and ?0.51, P < 0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of τ protein, β-AP and VILIP-1 in AD patients are increased, which are negatively correlated with cognitive dysfunction in patients, and may have certain application value in the assessment of cognitive function in patients.
