| 目的了解培育的荷兰马齿苋种子脂肪酸的构成及含量。方法利用索氏提取法，针对荷兰马齿苋种子中的脂肪酸进行提取，获得了一定量的粗脂肪酸产物，计算总提取率。参照标准品，将粗提物通过气 -质联用色谱分析其主要脂肪酸成分及其相对百分含量。结果荷兰马齿苋种子脂肪酸总提取率为( 20.36±0.12)%。其中，棕榈酸占 11.00%，亚油酸占 64.00%，硬脂酸占 5.00%，油酸占 1.00%，α-亚麻酸占 17.00%，花生酸占 1.00%；且亚油酸与 α-亚麻酸的占比为 3.76∶1。结论此项研究为进一步开发和利用荷兰马齿苋种子多不饱和脂肪酸等药物活性成分奠定了基础。 |

| Objective To determine the fatty acid composition and content of cultivated seeds of Holland Portulaca oleracea L.. Methods Using the Soxhlet extraction method, the fatty acids in the seeds of Portulaca oleracea L. were extracted, a certain amount ofcrude fatty acid products was obtained, and the total extraction rate was calculated. With reference to the standard substance, the crudeextract was analyzed by gas-mass spectrometry (GC.MS) for its main fatty acid components and their relative percentage content.Re. sults The total extraction rate of fatty acids from the seeds of Portulaca oleracea L. was (20.36±0.12)%. Among them, palmitic acid ac.counts for 11.00%, linoleic acid accounts for 64.00%, stearic acid accounts for 5.00%, oleic acid accounts for 1.00%, α-linolenic acid accounts for 17.00%, and arachidonic acid accounts for 1.00%. The ratio of linoleic acid to α-linolenic acid was 3.76∶1.Conclusion This study lays the foundation for the further development and utilization of polyunsaturated fatty acid seeds of Portulaca oleracea L. and other active pharmaceutical ingredients. |
