| 目的应用失效模式和影响分析( FMEA)模式管理工具，提高医院国家集中采购中选药品的临床使用量，为进一步完善对中选药品的评估和动态监测、预警提供方法保障。方法 FMEA模式管理小组对造成国家集采中选药品未得到优先使用的原因进行目标鱼骨图分析，采用“头脑风暴法”多次对失效因素进行讨论和措施干预，以河南科技大学附属许昌市中心医院国家集采中选药品的临床使用量来评价采用 FMEA模式管理的效果。结果观察组 7种中选药品的平均月销售量相比对照组，增加幅度都 >100%；与协议月平均数量相比，其中 5种药品都超额完成任务。结论 FMEA应用于国家集采中选药品的风险管理，可有效提高医院医护及病人正确认识中选药品，确保国家集采中选药品的优先使用，进而促进中选药品临床使用量的显著增加。 |

| Objective To apply failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) mode management tools to increase the clinical use of se.lected drugs in the hospital's national centralized procurement, and to provide method guarantees for the further improvement of theevaluation, dynamic monitoring and early warning of selected drugs.Methods The FMEA model management team conducted a targetfishbone diagram analysis of the reasons why the drugs selected in the national centralized procurement were not used first, and usedthe "brainstorming method" to discuss and intervene on the failure factors many times. The clinical usage of the selected drugs inXuchang Central Hospital affiliated to Henan University of Science and Technology was used to evaluate the effect of FMEA modelmanagement.Results Compared with the control group, the average monthly sales volume of the 7 selected drugs in the observationgroup increased by more than 100%; compared with the monthly average volume of the agreement, all 5 drugs exceeded the task.Con. clusion FMEA is applied to the risk management of the selected drugs in the national centralized procurement, which can effectivelyimprove the correct understanding of the selected drugs in our hospital and patients, ensure the priority use of the selected drugs in thenational centralized procurement, and promote a significant increase in the clinical use of the selected drugs. |
