消化道肿瘤起病隐匿，发病率高，化疗是首选方案，其伴随的诸多副作用严重影响病人正常生活。笔者临证充分发挥中医辨证特长，根据肿瘤及化疗损伤共同致病的内在原因和整体状况综合审度，调整用药方向，用补益法改善化疗后不良反应，疗效尤佳。该研究归纳总结临床辩证思路，用药特点，以惠同人。

英文摘要:

The onset of digestive tract tumor is hidden and has a high incidence. Chemotherapy is the first choice, and its accompany.ing side effects seriously affect the normal life of patients. The author gives full play to the specialty of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation, comprehensively evaluates the internal causes and overall situation of tumor and chemotherapy injury,adjusts the direction of medication, and improves the adverse reactions after chemotherapy with tonic method. This paper summarizedthe clinical dialectical thinking and medication characteristics to benefit colleagues.
