      目的研究不同生长年限与采收期对怀牛膝化学成分与质量的影响,明确怀牛膝适宜的生长年限及采收期。方法采用高效液相色谱法对 2015年 4月至 2021年 12月不同生长年限( 2~6年)与采收期(9~12月)怀牛膝中的有机化学成分(β-蜕皮甾酮、 25R-牛膝甾酮、 25S-牛膝甾酮、齐墩果酸)进行含量测定。对结果进行含量分析及主成分分析。结果同一生长年限中, 4种化学成分含量在不同月份采收存在差异, 10、11月含量相对较高, 9、12月含量相对偏低。同一采收月份中,齐墩果酸、 β-蜕皮甾酮生长 4年含量最高,其次为 5年、 3年; 25S-牛膝甾酮生长 3年含量最高,而 25R-牛膝甾酮生长 5年含量最高。 4年生 11月中旬的牛膝样品综合得分最高,其次为 4年生 10月份采收, 3年、 5年生的 10、11月份采收的质量接近。结论以 β-蜕皮甾酮、 25R-牛膝甾酮、 25S-牛膝甾酮、齐墩果酸为怀牛膝药材质量的考核指标,建议 4年生 11月中旬为牛膝的最佳采收期。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the effects of different growth years and harvest periods on the chemical composition and quality ofAchyranthes bidentata, and to clarify the suitable growth period and harvest period of Achyranthes chinensis.Methods High perfor- mance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of organic chemical components (β -ecdysterone, 25R-hyssopterone, 25S-hyssopterone, oleanolic acid) in Achyranthes bidentata with different growth years (2-6 years) and harvesting periods (September-December) from April 2015 to December 2021. Perform content analysis and principal component analysis on the results.Results In the same growth year, the contents of 4 chemical components were different in different harvest months. The content in October and No-vember was relatively high, while the content in September and December was relatively low. In the same harvest month, the content ofoleanolic acid and β-ecdysterone was the highest in 4 years, followed by 5 years and 3 years; the content of 25S-achyranosterone at 3 years of growth was the highest, while the content of 25R-achyranosterone at 5 years was the highest. The comprehensive scores of the four year olds in mid-November were the highest, followed by the four year olds collected in October, and the quality of the three and fiveyear olds collected in October and November was similar.Conclusion With β-ecdysterone, 25R-hyssopterone, 25S-hyssopterone and oleanolic acid as the evaluation indicators for the quality of Achyranthes bidentata, it is suggested that mid-November of the 4th year of life is the best time to harvest Achyranthes bidentata.
