| 目的探讨基于日间加速康复理念的支撑喉镜与鼻内镜联合切除声带息肉的临床疗效。方法入选 2020年 6月至 2022年 4月于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院行支撑喉镜与鼻内镜联合切除的声带息肉病人 104例为研究对象，根据采取的治疗模式将病人分为观察组和对照组各 52例，对照组采用传统手术治疗模式，观察组采用基于日间加速康复理念的手术治疗模式。分析比较两组病人手术前后的嗓音障碍指数、手术疗效、住院时间、住院费用以及不良反应发生率。结果同组间比较，生理［观察组( 10.92±1.72)比( 29.40±3.65)分，对照组( 11.14±1.71)比( 28.98±3.67)分］、功能［观察组( 9.27±1.48)比(28.56±3.13)分，对照组( 9.49±1.50)比( 28.29±3.24)分］、情感［观察组( 8.07±1.34)比( 25.28±3.26)分，对照组( 8.39±1.25)比(25.13±3.11)分］得分均较术前明显降低，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；观察组住院时间［( 1.03±0.15)比( 3.27±0.51)d］和住院费用［(3 908.7±312.6)比( 4 391.5±343.2)元］均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在支撑喉镜与鼻内镜联合切除声带息肉术中应用日间加速康复理念，临床疗效与传统手术模式相当，但可缩短病人住院时间，减少住院费用，使医患双方受益。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effect of vocal cord polyp resection by suspension laryngoscope combined with nasal en-doscope based on fast track concept during the day surgery.Methods A total of 104 patients with vocal cord polyps who underwentcombined resection of suspension laryngoscope and nasal endoscope in The 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of thePLA of China from June 2020 to April 2022 were enrolled as the study subjects. According to the adopted treatment mode, the patientswere assigned into observation group (n=52) and control group (n=52). The control group used the traditional surgical treatment mode,and the observation group used the surgical treatment mode based on fast track concept during the day surgery. The voice handicap in-dex before and after surgery, surgical efficacy, length of hospital stay, hospitalization costs and incidence of adverse reactions were ana-lyzed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the same group, the physical [observation group (10.92±1.72) vs. (29.40±3.65) score, control group (11.14±1.71) vs. (28.98±3.67) score], functional [observation group (9.27±1.48) vs. (28.56±3.13) score, control group (9.49±1.50) vs. (28.29±3.24) score] and emotional [observation group (8.07±1.34) vs. (25.28±3.26) score, control group (8.39±1.25) vs. (25.13±3.11) score] scores were significantly lower than those before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The length of hospital stay [(1.03±0.15) vs. (3.27±0.51) d] and hospitalization costs [(3 908.7±312.6) vs. (4391.5±343.2) yuan] in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The appli-cation of day fast track concept in suspension laryngoscopy combined with nasal endoscopy for vocal cord polypectomy has clinical effi-cacy comparable to the traditional surgical model, but it can shorten the hospital stay of patients, reduce hospitalization costs, and bene-fit both doctors and patients. |
